Nutrition in children under five is a very important issue to pay attention to, especially for parents and health workers. The nutritional status of toddlers can be determined based on the Weight by Age index, Height by Age by entering value data. One way to measure the human body to determine a child's nutritional status is through anthropometry. The measurement process is because the results of anthropometry are accurate data and are able to detect nutritional history in the past. The testing model will be carried out using the K-Means clustering data mining method based on body weight and height. The nutritional grouping of toddlers uses the K-Means method with the parameters used to determine the nutritional status of toddlers at the Waimangura Community Health Center in the form of weight, height and LILA.
