PT. KMBU is a company engaged in catering services. During the ordering process with a Purchase Order (PO), there is often an issue of inaccurate data exchange regarding the ordered items due to a lack of monitoring by superiors in each consumer department. This results in hindrances in the delivery order process when the consumer company makes a payment transaction. This research aims to facilitate the ordering process between consumers and PT. KMBU. The system development method applied here is the waterfall model, designed using programming languages such as PHP, HTML, Java Script, and CSS, and has been tested using black box testing. With the proposed application, users can easily monitor the real-time status of their requests, eliminating inaccurate data exchange between departments during the ordering process. According to interviews with PT KMBU admin, the designed purchase order system helps minimize inaccuracies in data during the consumer ordering process with PT. KMBU.
