SISTEM INVENTORY TOOLS MENGGUNAKAN QR-CODE

Abstract

At PT. Pupuk Kaltim uses a lot of equipment, both for repair, maintenance and incident prevention, so an inventory of equipment is needed to make it easy to use. Tools inventory activities at PT. Pupuk Kaltim previously used a manual recording system so that its implementation did not run optimally so many problems occurred. To overcome this, a system is needed that is able to record stock, borrowing and returning tools practically and quickly. This inventory system was created through several stages using the waterfall method. The system was created using a combined programming language including PHP, HTML, Javascript and CSS. The design of the tool inventory system using QR-Code has been tested using black box testing and no errors were found in the function of the features in the system and the results make it easier for officers to input and record data on borrowing and returning tools by employees and the data resulting from the system's recapitulation is directly stored in database so that data is stored safely
