The issue of toddler nutrition in Indonesia, particularly in East Kalimantan and Bontang, remains a serious concern. Currently, the nutritional status of children under five in Bontang is determined manually, leading to inaccuracies and inefficiencies. Toddlerhood is a highly vulnerable period for nutritional problems, making government efforts to improve their nutritional status crucial. To address this and achieve the government's stunting reduction targets, an effective approach is needed to accurately determine toddlers' nutritional status, allowing for appropriate interventions. This research employs a decision support system (DSS) using fuzzy logic, with criteria including age, weight, height, and gender. Fuzzy logic is chosen for its ability to handle uncertainty and data complexity, and incorporate nutritionists' linguistic knowledge. By calculating membership degree values, the fuzzy logic method provides a more accurate assessment of nutritional status. The outcome is an application designed to determine toddlers nutritional status, expected to contribute positively to resolving nutritional issues in East Kalimantan and Bontang
